Redmond, Oregon Farmers Markets Release of Liability Agreement In consideration of the privilege of participation in the 2009 Redmond Farmers Markets, promoted and produced by Sarah Yancey market manager, the undersigned, as an authorized representative of: _________________________________________________________________________________________________(participant) and his, her, or its members, predecessors, successors, assigns, heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives, does hereby agree to waive, release, defend, and hold harmless Sarah Yancey market manager and their directors, officers, officials, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, losses, judgments, fines, penalties, damages and causes of action, including all costs, disbursements, attorney’s fees and expenses of litigation, arbitration, mediation or settlement, for death, injury to, or debt of any person, or for loss of, damage to, or loss of use of any property arising out of or in connection with participation in the Redmond Markets. I HAVE FULLY INFORMED MYSELF OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY BY READING IT BEFORE I SIGNED IT AND AM AUTHORIZED TO SIGN IT ON BEHALF OF THE ABOVE NAMED ENTITY. I understand and agree that the terms herein are contractual and not a mere recital and that I have signed this document as my own free act.

I have read all Redmond Farmers Market rules and agree to the following. PARKING: Always park in the assigned VENDOR PARKING AREA. SMOKING: Do not smoke at any of the booths. PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED: vendors must pay one week in advance. TRASH: Take your trash with you. PATIENCE: The staff gets busy. Be patient. BE ON TIME: You must be set up and ready to sell 15 minutes early. DO NOT BREAK DOWN EARLY: You will receive a $25 fine WEIGH DOWN YOUR CANOPY: All canopy’s must be have weights not stakes. Market Manager has the authority to refuse any vendor the right to sell his or her products at the Redmond Farmers Market, due to misconduct, or the judgment of the market manager and staff. DON NOT SET UP your booth if the market has been cancelled due to thunder storms or any act of nature. If you set up with out authority from the market manager and sell your products you will be banded from any future Redmond Farmers Markets.
